Victorian Home Fire

A major fire burned through a Victorian home in a mostly commercial neighborhood. A clause in the homeowner’s insurance policy allowed for us to increase the limit of the building coverage to get a larger settlement provided we could prove the building was worth more than the insured amount.

We proved that the building was worth two-and-a-half times the policy limit. With our assistance, the homeowners were able to move into a new home in a much nicer neighborhood.
