Commercial Broken Pipe

An extensive flood from a broken pipe in a renovated mill building caused a newly-opened cross-training facility to nearly shut down its operations. Shortly after we began working on this claim, we discovered the insurance policy contained a clause that allowed us to help the owner get the business back up and running immediately. This prevented a potential long-term closure and demise of the new business. Instead, we were able to help the gym owner immediately repair the damage and keep his business open during the process.
