Jonathan Sadick, SPPA, is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a combined degree in Economics and Engineering. He is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the public adjusting profession and has more than 30 years of adjusting experience. Jon holds the Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) designation, having passed a rigorous certification process. He has handled in excess of $200M in claims. An active member of his community, Jon serves on a number of charitable boards and is a past master of his Masonic Lodge. Jon served as Vice President of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA) and has been affiliated with the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) for many years. Leonard Theran, SPPA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MBA from Stanford University. He has more than 35 years adjusting experience and also earned the Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) designation. Because he of his involvement in the management of several high-tech companies, Len is uniquely suited to serve as PLA’s Business Interruption/Extra Expense expert on commercial losses. He’s saved several companies from bankruptcy and routinely helps our clients take advantage of important features of their insurance policies which are frequently missed by less qualified and experienced adjusters. Len is past-President of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA) and also served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). He has also qualified as an Expert Witness and regularly appears as a featured speaker for such organizations as the Risk and Insurance Management Society, the Institute of Real Estate Management and Lorman Education Services. Christine Anderson has more than five years’ experience working with Professional Loss Adjusters as a Contents Specialist on both residential and commercial losses. In this role she photographs, documents and prices contents as required by the clients’ insurance policy. She provided invaluable assistance to our Storm Duty team in Texas during Hurricane Harvey, writing in excess of $3.5 million in both residential and commercial contents claims. Several legal firms have engaged Christine as an expert witness due to her professionalism and highly-regarded reputation within the industry. Her prior experience includes working for 15 years at a Global Management Consulting Firm where she honed her outstanding project management and organizational skills. Her attention to detail and empathetic approach have been noted time and again by our clients. Christine has a B.S. in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts with a dual concentration in Marketing and Management.
James Brodin attended Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts, as well as the Vale Tech Property Training Program in Pennsylvania. He worked as a residential loss adjuster for Liberty Mutual, Sentry Insurance and Holyoke Mutual Insurance Company before becoming a Public Adjuster in 1998. He was also a licensed real estate appraiser in Massachusetts for 15 years. Jim is actively involved in Central Massachusetts youth sports. He is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Florida, New Jersey, and Louisiana.
Michael Creed is a 1983 graduate of St. Anselm College and resides with his family in Medway, Massachusetts. After graduating from college, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. A Licensed Public Adjuster since 1990, he has adjusted numerous claims throughout New England, as well as hurricane claims in Florida and the Caribbean. He has served in various leadership positions within the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA) and is a member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and following all of Boston’s sports teams. He is an active member and a past-president of the Medway Lion’s Club, as well as a member of the Ancient & Honorable Artillery Company of Massachusetts. Mike Garofalo is a former Claims Service Specialist and Field Property Adjuster with a well-known insurance company, Michael has extensive experience adjusting homeowner and business claims. He is a Haag Certified Roof Inspector and is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Remediation and Mitigation. In addition, he is a former Project Manager for a large mitigation franchise. Michael holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration Management from Massasoit Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Bridgewater State College. He lives in Rockland with his family, where he serves on the School Committee. Michael is currently licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas.
Robert Gillette earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Boston University. With an unrestricted builder’s license, real estate broker’s license and 20 years of experience building, operating and selling small businesses and investment properties, Bob brings a well-rounded set of skills to our team as a Public Adjuster. Bob is multi-lingual, speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese. He holds licenses in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.
Stephen Reardon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Prior to becoming a Public Adjuster, he was a Unit Manager and Technical Specialist for the Travelers Insurance Company for seven years. Stephen has successfully adjusted thousands of claims in his career. He has a background in building estimating and construction and is a certified Xactimate trainer. Stephen is licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Anthony Salvi is a graduate of Minuteman Career and Technical High School in Lexington, Massachusetts and has a background and certificate in building construction. He spent three years in the plumbing trade before moving over to the field of building restoration. In his capacity as a Project Manager for a large mitigation franchise, Anthony handled numerous catastrophes to both commercial and residential structures. He is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Damage Restoration. Proficient in Xactimate, DryBook & Workcenter, Anthony is also our Matterport system expert, using this exciting new technology to create 3D walk-throughs and estimates of damaged properties. In his spare time, Anthony is a volunteer firefighter and is also certified by OSHA for Construction Safety & Health.
Michael Salvi is a graduate of the Leonard School of Insurance in Dallas, Texas. He became an Independent Insurance Adjuster in 1992 and specialized in handling catastrophic claims for several different insurance carriers in a number of states. In 2008, he became a Public Adjuster. Michael is also a Certified Arson Investigator and has successfully adjusted thousands of claims in excess of millions of dollars for both insurance carriers and the public. A proud veteran, Michael served as a Damage Controlman in the United States Navy. He is licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Howard Shore attended the University of Massachusetts. Prior to becoming a Public Adjuster, he was a licensed insurance agent and Senior Property Adjuster with the Fireman's Fund Insurance Company and John Hancock Insurance Company for 19 years. He has adjusted more than 6,000 claims in his career. He is a graduate of the Life Underwriters Training Council, the Vale Tech Property Training Program and several mold training courses. Howard is licensed in Massachusetts, Maine, and Rhode Island.
