Jonathan F. Sadick, SPPA, is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a combined degree in Economics and Engineering. Jon is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the public adjusting profession and has more than 30 years of adjusting experience. Jon also earned the SPPA designation, with more than 10 years experience, and having passed a rigid certification process. He has handled in excess of two hundred million dollars in claims. He is an active member of his community, serving on a number of charitable boards as well as being a past master of his Masonic Lodge. He served as vice president of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (MAPIA) and has been affiliated with the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) for many years.

Leonard Theran, SPPA, earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Stanford University. He has more than 35 years adjusting experience and also earned the SPPA designation. Because he has also been involved in the management of several high-tech companies, Len has a unique perspective when adjusting industrial losses. He is past-President of the Massachusetts Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and is on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and CAI-New Hampshire. He has also qualified as an Expert Witness and has been a featured speaker before several organizations including the Risk and Insurance Management Society, the Institute of Real Estate Management and Lorman Education Services.

James F. Brodin, Jr. attended Nichols College in Dudley, MA as well as theVale Tech Property Training Program in Pennsylvania. He worked as a residential loss adjuster for Liberty Mutual, Sentry Insurance, and Holyoke Mutual Insurance Co. before becoming a Public Adjuster in 1998. James is also a licensed real estate appraiser in Massachusetts. James is actively involved in youth sports in the Central Massachusetts area.

Ramona Gallagher earned a BS from the University of Massachusetts. She has been performing inventories for the last 10 years. Prior to working with PLA, Ramona was project manager at Comprehensive Inventory Services. She worked there on behalf of prestigious insurers such as Chubb Insurance, which specializes in homes which have a dollar value in excess of a million dollars. She is currently working towards her Certificate in Appraisal Studies in Art and Antiques from the Rhode Island School of Design.

Robert Gillette earned a BA degree in Chemistry from Boston University. With an unrestricted builder’s license, real estate broker’s license and twenty years of experience building, operating and selling small businesses and investment properties, Bob brings a well rounded set of skills to the table as a public adjuster.

Bruce M. Knowlton attended Framingham State College in Massachusetts with studies in Computer Science. Prior to becoming a Public Adjuster, he was a Property/General Manager for 4 years. Bruce also has 17 years experience working for a successful remodeling and investment real estate company. He has an extensive background in estimating, construction, scheduling, and commercial building maintenance.

Brian P. Payne is a graduate of Indian Hills Community College, Iowa. Prior to becoming a Public Adjuster, he was a staff adjuster for the Travelers Insurance Co. for 8 years. He also worked for 8 years as the General Manager of Disaster Specialists supervising the estimating and restoration work of 30 employees. Brian has held an unrestricted builder’s license for over 15 years and has consulted for many insurance companies since 1987. Brian also served in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve for a total of six years.

Michael S. Salvi is a graduate of the Leonard School of Insurance in Dallas, Texas. He has been an independent insurance adjuster for 8 years and a Public Adjuster for 2 years. He has handled numerous catastrophes for several different insurance carriers in a number of states. He is a certified arson investigator and has served as a damage control assistant in the United States Navy. He has successfully adjusted thousands of claims in excess of ten million dollars for both insurance carriers and the public.

Howard E. Shore attended the University of Massachusetts. Prior to becoming a Public Adjuster, he was a licensed insurance agent and Senior Property Adjuster with the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co. and John Hancock Insurance Co. for 19 years. He has adjusted over 6,000 claims in his career. He is a graduate of the Life Underwriters Training Council, the Vale Tech Property Training Program, and several mold-training courses. He is a member of the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose of Massachusetts.

Paula M. Fitzgibbon is a graduate of Simmons College with a degree in Economics. She has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry and has held the titles of senior statistician, senior research analyst, and associate economist for BankBoston, Fleet Financial Group, and Bank of America. She is a past president of the Brighton Emblem Club and a founding member of the Presentation School Foundation.
